At the Scouts BSA and Venturing Crew levels, Scouting is Youth led and Adult guided (coached). As adult leaders, we endeavor to help our youth run their own program on a month in an month out basis. Adult leaders are 100% volunteers and are not paid for their service to the Troops and Crew.
